Six Million Nintendo 3DS Consoles Sold In Japan

Japanese publication Famitsu has announced that Nintendo has sold 6,017,206 Nintendo 3DS consoles given that it launched in Japan. It was revealed earlier right now that Nintendo has almost sold a single million Nintendo 3DS consoles in the United Kingdom.

Dragon Ball: Sparking Omega announced

V Jump this week has first look at the next Dragon Ball from Namco Bandai.
Due this fall, Dragon Ball: Sparking Omega (Sparking is Budokai Tenkaichi in Japan), will be the final release in the Sparking series, and include the biggest amount of fighters to date. Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta are confirmed fighters.

Don’t Expect Monster Hunter Tri G in the West Soon

Western fans of Monster Hunter have been eagerly waiting for Monster Hunter Tri G since it released in Japan last year. It looks like they will have to wait a although longer.

As I previously covered, Monster Hunter Tri G has been doing fairly effectively for itself since its Japanese release last year. The game has sold a ton of copies but has however to see a western release. While a lot of fans have been waiting in earnest, it looks like they will have to keep waiting for some time. A Capcom staff member took to the unity forums and explained the scenario a bit to the members.

So let this be a lesson to you. Kingdom Hearts 3D Demo Coming To North America

Kingdom Hearts director Tetsuya Nomura has announced in the most up-to-date situation of Famitsu that the Sora scenario Traverse Town demo – which is currently available in Japan, is coming to the North American Nintendo 3DS eShop. Soul Sacrifice: Full Presentation (in English)

If you do not reside in Japan, chances are you didn’t attend Sony’s Soul Sacrifice reveal conference earlier this week. And probabilities are, if you don’t speak Japanese, you had no idea what was going on when that shaky cam clip of the presentation hit the net.
Fortunately, Sony’s taken care of both points. PlayStation Japan uploaded the entire 34-minute press conference, dubbed in English, in high-definition 720p. You’ll see SCE Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida, Soul Sacrifice conceptor Keiji Inafune, composer Yasunori Mitsuda, other crucial staffers, off-screen single-player gameplay, and direct-feed 4-player gameplay.
