NEWS: DmC: Devil May Cry dated 15th January 2013, PC version announced

Capcom has announced that DmC: Devil Might Cry, the reboot of the well-known third individual action series, will be landing on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 subsequent year on the 15th January, 2013 in North America and Europe.

Capcom also announced that a Windows Pc version will be arriving later in 2013.

DmC: Devil Might Cry will be totally localized with voice talent in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian and in addition, Polish, Dutch, Russian, and Brazilian Portuguese languages will be supported with localized text.

The Making Of Sorcery: Creatures

This is the final installment in our 4-portion series detailing the generating of Sorcery. In this video we discuss what went into the invention of this vast, magical universe to which players are transported in the game. There had been quite a few inventive decisions that had to be created, so we give you a bit of insight into the method of how we came up with the look and really feel of the different environments/realms and the unsafe creatures that inhabit them. You will hear from the development team on how we went about making a fantasy globe really feel fresh (and strange), facts on the backstory behind places like the Endless Stair and the Faerie Forest, and some anecdotes on why the prettiest character in Sorcery is also one of the most harmful!

Tales of Graces F gets special edition in Europe

Tales of Graces F is arriving in Europe a small later than it did in North America, and to compensate, Namco Bandai today announced it is readying a particular “Exclusive Day A single Edition,” which consists of a copy of the game, a unique folded box, generating-of videos, the original sountrack, a download content material card with the Tales of Destiny two costume set and exclusive XMB themes, and an artbook.

In the Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance Ultimania (a comprehensive encyclopedia released on May 1 in Japan), director Tetsuya Nomura dropped a handful of hints about the future of the series and shared specifics regarding the game’s mysterious events. In Famitsu this week, he confirmed the Sora scenario Traverse Town demo currently accessible in Japan for North American distribution.

Kingdom Hearts 3D launched on March 29 in Japan and has since amassed 308,000 sales. It is scheduled for North America and Europe on July 31 and 20, respectively.

With regards to future titles, Nomura claimed he could not say when, but “various developments have already started concerning a new title in the Kingdom Hearts series.” Just this week, he went on to joke that the next title “might be a curve ball.” In Game Informer, he said he feels “that it is about time that Kingdom Hearts really should go back to being on a console.”

If you haven’t currently played VVVVVV, you genuinely owe it to oneself to do so. This fan-favourite indie platformer stars Captain Viridian as he travels by means of all sorts of crazy gravity-busting puzzles in order to reunite his crew and save the universe! Harrowing stuff. The game will be familiar to fans of the Metroidvania subgenre, even though this time it comes with a twist: There is no jumping and no attacking, the only move at your disposal is to reverse gravity. The game is obtainable for €8 or £7.20 based on which landmass you reside on.

Virtual Console also gets a new spin on an old formula as Game Gear, er… “Classic”, Sonic Labyrinth dashes onto its digital shelves. In this game, Sonic has lost his potential to run! That villainous Dr. Robotnik has replaced his sneakers, leaving Sonic with only his spin dash capacity. He’s going to have to roll his way through 4 labyrinthine stages in order to collect all the chaos emeralds, restoring his super-hedgehog speed. If you truly want to play this game, go get it now for either €5 or £4.50.

Final and most undoubtedly least, DSiWare greets Curling Super Championship this week. Everybody’s favourite sport comes to your handheld in this realistic simulation, along with some blindingly colourful graphics. If you don’t know what curling is, where have you been? XSEED Games shared a new set of screenshots and artwork for its upcoming RPG localization The Final Story.

The Mistwalker-created title currently saw release in Japan and Europe, and is scheduled for North America on July 10. Set on Lazulis Island, the game follows a group of mercenaries from a desolate contintent searching for perform. Its battle method mixes real-time third-individual action combat with technique components.
